Susan A. Dahlstedt,
P.T., D.P.T.
Dr. Dahlstedt is the owner of Four Peaks Physical therapy, P.C. and practices at the Ahwatukee office.
She graduated from the University of
Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, in Oklahoma City in 1984 with a degree
of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Upon graduating, Susan began
providing sports, orthopedic and occupational rehabilitation in the East
Valley of the Metro Phoenix area. In 1988, she founded Four Peaks
Physical Therapy, P.C., specializing in personalized patient care. Susan
received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University of
Health Sciences, in Mesa, Arizona in 2004.
